The U.N. proposed tough new sanctions against North Korea, banning the country’s importation of all hairsprays, styling gels, mousses, molding muds and pomades after Kim Jong-Il’s hair was declared a threat to international peace and security. "Once again, North Korea has defied the will of the international community, and the international community will respond," U.S. President George Bush told reporters at the White House on Monday.
